REGISTRATION FEE

The 2025 PLECET National Conference will be held at the McCormick Conference Center in Chicago, Illinois, from June 4 to June 8, 2025. The registration fee of $399.00 covers all official conference activities.

REGISTRATION Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent via mail, fax (404-605-7005), or email (registration@plecet.org) to the PLECET/MovementForward, Inc. National Office no later than May 23, 2025. A $100.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Refunds will be issued by mail in the form of a check within 60 days after the close of the conference.

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after May 23, 2025.

Registration may be transferred to another person within your organization by submitting a written request to the PLECET/MovementForward, Inc. National Office prior to June 1, 2025.

arrivals

Attendees are strongly encouraged to arrive in Chicago on Wednesday, June 4. We recommend arriving and checking-in to the conference hotel between 11:00am and 7:00pm.

MEALS

Lunch will be provided daily at no additional cost to attendees. A complimentary dinner will be provided during the Colleague Connection: Partying with a Purpose event on Friday, June 6. During the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, June 4, heavy Hors-d’Oeuvres will be served gratis. Also, complimentary refreshments will be offered between training sessions throughout the conference.

DRESS CODE

The conference dress code is business casual for all activities, except for the following events: casual attire is encouraged for the Colleague Connections: Partying with a Purpose event on Friday, June 6; business/professional attire is expected for The Torch Awards on Saturday, June 7; and Class B training uniforms or agency-branded shirts should be worn for the Community Service Projects on Saturday, June 7. We also recommend bringing a light jacket for comfort, as the temperature in the conference center may vary.

You can fly directly to Chicago from nearly anywhere in the world! Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is less than 10 miles from the McCormick Place Convention Center, while Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is about 20 miles away. With 286 airports globally offering direct flights to Chicago, the city is connected to 301 cities across 48 countries. Currently, there are 264 domestic flights to Chicago every day.

Additionally, several other airports are within a three-hour drive of the city, including General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; South Bend International Airport (SBN) in South Bend, Indiana; Bloomington-Normal/Central Illinois Regional Airport (BMI) in Bloomington, Illinois; Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison, Wisconsin; Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport (AZO) in Kalamazoo, Michigan; Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) in Fort Wayne, Indiana; Lansing Capital Region International Airport (LAN) in Lansing, Michigan; and Indianapolis International Airport (IND) in Indianapolis, Indiana. Parking Rates:

Lot A: The parking rate is $26 for up to 16 hours and $39 from 16 to 24 hours. There are no in-and-out privileges unless parking is purchased online in advance.
Lot B: The parking rate is a flat fee of $17 per day with no in-and-out privileges.
